Hello & Welcome

Here at the Mermaid we aim to serve good food and drinks in a warm and friendly atmosphere, either our restaurant or the lounge areas.

Food is served daily between the hours of 12pm to 2pm for lunch and 6pm to 9pm for evening meals, Tuesday to Saturday.
As well as our famous Sunday roasts, we have an extensive evening menu including options for children.

All our food is sourced locally weather it be our Tender fillet steaks or our Fresh Haddock! We also have a wide range of cask ales, beers wines & sprits to choose from.

In the kitchen all or our food is cooked to order with two creative chefs in the kitchen each dish is cooked to a high standard. We do offer two menus 1 being our lunch time menu with offers lots of tasty pub meals cooked with all the passion our chefs have. And then you have our a la carte menu in the evening which still offers the same pub classics and well as some more complex dishes. If you do have any dietary requirements we can also cater for this also.
